WHAT WE DO: School trips and group bicycle tours, unique and captivating excursions that, in addition to being a source of fun and education, offer a valuable outdoor experience combined with healthy physical activity.

WHO WE CATER TO: Primary and secondary schools, as well as groups.

WHERE WE ARE: You can find us in Mantua and Marengo, in the heart of the Mincio Park, a protected natural area of the Lombardy Region that extends from Lake Garda to the Po River.

WHEN TO COME: The most suitable months are September and October, and from March onwards.

WHAT WE OFFER: Our routes mostly take place on dedicated cycle paths, with cycling tour guides who lead and assist you throughout the journey. Upon request, we offer environmental hiking guides, tourist guides, and the possibility to combine cycling routes with boat tours.

PERI-URBAN PARK

HISTORY AND NATURE CYCLE TOUR

Departure Point: Giardini Barbato (Kiosk "La Zanzara")

Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours (route: 8.5 km round trip pf a cycle path with dirt sections)

Highlights: City skyline, Peri-Urban Park, renaturalised oases, Porta Giulia and Gonzaga walls, hydraulic works of Pitentino possibility to extend to Giardini Belfiore (5.5 km round trip) completing the stretch along Lago Superiore (total 14 km – approximately 3 hours).

From Canossa to Gonzaga through prati stabili

HISTORY AND NATURE CYCLE TOUR

Departure Point: Marengo, one of the summer residences of the Canossa family, and by following the Mantua Peschiera cycle path, you reach Mantua.

Duration: The route is adjustable; the direct route is 16 km and about 2 hours of travel time, but you can add a detour to Bosco Fontana (the distance remains the same, but visiting Bosco Fontana takes an additional hour) or you can add the Peri-Urban Park (an extra 8 km).

BOSCO FONTANA RESERVE AND THE GONZAGA HUNTING VILLA

CYCLE TOUR + NATURE TREKKING

Departure: Giardini Barbato (Kiosk "La Zanzara")
Duration: Approximately 4 hours (route: 22 km on an asphalt cycle path with dirt sections)

Highlights: City skyline, Rocca di Sparafucile and the fortifications to the north of the city, Mincio Park, and a visit to the Oriented Reserve of Bosco Fontana (with a short 2 km walking route)

*possibility of continuing to Marengo, on the famous Mantua-Peschiera cycle path (total 24 km - approximately 5 hours)

*Return by coach from Marengo

Duration:  Approximately 6 hours (one-way route: 43 km on an asphalt cycle path)
Highlights: Riverside environment, morainic hills, Peschiera, Borghetto, Mantua
